I guess miracles can happen! I'm not sure how much time I spent on it but it wasn't much. I feel like I'm getting better about being quicker.
This is the last thing I got ready for Matsuricon. I think this was about it for the expected line-up. I wish I got more accomplished, but I had to move and work so I guess it's ok.
I wasn't really ll that sure about what to do with the background. I do like it though her stretched hand almost fades in to it. It was only a few layers I did some experimentation with.

Overall
Vision Originality Technique
ImpactI like the overall design of this alot. The girl stands out and the outfit looks great ass well. I like how you used the pattern on the background to compliment the pattern on the girl as well tying the two together. The cape gets kind of lost behind her in a sense but its nothing worth worrying about tho I dont think. Good choice of of colors and if the weapon is supposed to be a sai then thats great cause sai's are always a good thing too :3
Good job tho. I like it and fav'd it. Cant wait like always to see what else you do!
